ARC Consultancy was founded by Raissa — a Harvard College graduate, Cum Laude in Economics, based in Germany — from a very personal conviction: that the right guidance at the right moment can change everything.
After being told by an advisor that Harvard was unrealistic for her, Raissa applied anyway. Seven months later, she was a Harvard student. That experience — of being discouraged, then proving it wrong — is the reason ARC Consultancy exists.
Today, ARC provides the admissions counselling in Germany that Raissa once needed herself: honest, expert, ethical — and built on the genuine belief that every student who belongs at a top university deserves the guidance to get there.
